GivitBack Foundation (GBF) is committed to creating safe, respectful and inclusive environments for children, volunteers, staff, partners and communities. Our safeguarding framework reflects our commitment to accountability, ethical practice, and the prevention of abuse, exploitation, harassment and all forms of harm.

Our Commitment

Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We believe every child and every member of the community has the right to participate in GBF programmes safely, with dignity, respect and without fear of abuse or exploitation.

GBF has zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, discrimination and any conduct that places children or vulnerable persons at risk.

Reporting a Safeguarding Concern

Anyone who has concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of a child or any safeguarding matter relating to GBF programmes is encouraged to report the concern immediately to the Contacts below.

Policy Review

These policies are approved by the GBF Board of Trustees and are reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws, donor requirements and international safeguarding standards.
