Our roadmap outlines how we will grow from school-based outreach into a broader centre of excellence for sports, education, health and leadership.

Phase 1: Talent Identification & School-Based Development (2026–2027)

Foundation Launch Phase

The Foundation will initiate operations in Yatta Sub-County and progressively expand across all sub-counties in Machakos County.

Phase 2: Training Camps & Academy Formation (2028–2032)

Talent Growth Phase

The Foundation will organize centralized training camps during school holidays, bringing together top-performing talents identified in Phase 1.

  • Residential training camps in partner schools
  • Formation of competitive teams and academy structures
  • Participation in regional and national competitions
  • Mentorship and life-skills development
  • Provision of health, nutrition and psychosocial support
  • Educational support for vulnerable beneficiaries

  • Strengthened discipline, teamwork and professionalism

Phase 3: GBF Talent Development Hub (2032–Onwards)

Centre of Excellence

The Foundation will establish a centralized facility to serve as a hub for all programs.

  • Administration and operations center
  • Outdoor and indoor sports facilities
  • Education unit (integrated learning support)
  • Health and wellness center
  • Residential accommodation for trainees and staff
